Responsibilities

• Supervise store front-end and pharmacy operations; assist Store Manager to meet company goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members to ensure engagement and performance.
• Analyze financial and performance data; develop action plans to drive store growth.
• Monitor inventory and pricing; ensure accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
• Lead training and development; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Communicate strategy and plans; plan scheduling and coverage.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and proper cash handling.
• Prepare for Store Manager promotion and potential relocation if offered.
