Job summary

Whistle Express in Meridian, MS is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work with the Site Manager, develop the team, own the guest experience, and solve problems in real time.

You will help onboard new team members, schedule shifts, promote unlimited wash memberships and services, monitor operations, and drive sales while upholding safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the team, onboarding new members and guiding performance.
