Job summary

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
2+ years in network or server build/support in an enterprise setting.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of data center hardware/software and industry practices.
Working knowledge of enterprise server/storage solutions and remote access.
Knowledge of endpoint hardware/software.

Responsibilities

Implement, test, and support server technologies and processes.
Monitor and respond to requests via internal ticketing system and escalate as needed.
Assist with server infrastructure configuration and planning.
Provide consultative implementation services on data transport solutions.
Participate in on-call coverage and incident responses.
Maintain documentation and security patch management.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery and reliability.
Perform daily server/storage activities and follow up on tickets.
