Responsibilities

• Assist in securing permits and preparing project presentations.
• Conduct due diligence including real estate contracts and environmental diligence.
• Prepare and manage financial models, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Track KPIs and iterate processes to increase efficiency.
• Assist with bid materials for RFPs and manage third‑party contractors.
• Maintain landowner relationships from site control to commissioning.
• Occasional travel may be required.
