• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years in business operations, energy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Project Management Assistance: Help manage and track progress on cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with broader strategic goals.
• Process Improvement & Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies in project processes.
• KPI Tracking & Performance Reporting: Support the creation and monitoring of operational KPIs, including project timelines, cycle time metrics, and dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, legal, and finance teams to align project requirements and risk assessments.
• Strategic & Operational Support: Assist in coordinating and executing key strategic initiatives across Operations.
