Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC in Manassas, VA, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of civil/site development projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Under a Project Manager, you will help ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality, collaborating with engineers, subcontractors, field teams, and clients while assisting with documentation, scheduling, procurement, and daily project administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 1-3 years civil construction or site development experience (internships included).
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and scope with engineers, surveyors, and clients.
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and constructability reviews.
• Help prepare schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Assist with procurement, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Track progress, coordinate with field teams and vendors, and maintain documentation.
• Support safety, quality control, and closeout activities.
