Job summary
Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation seeks an entry‑level Associate Project Manager to develop into a Project Manager for complex material handling automation projects. You will learn planning, execution, commissioning, and financial delivery under seasoned mentors, traveling to customer sites as needed.
Under structured development, you’ll gain hands‑on capability across conveyors, sortation, robotics, AS/RS, controls and software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, logistics, or industrial automation environments.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, commissioning and closeout of automation projects including conveyors, sortation, robotics, ASRS and software integrations.
- Assist with project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, forecasting, risk management and reporting.
- Coordinate activities among engineering, software, operations, procurement, installation teams, suppliers and customers.
- Track milestones, action items, risks, issues and change requests; support project controls and financial reporting.
- Promote safety compliance during all project activities; maintain clear communications with stakeholders.
