Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking an Associate Project Manager in the United States to build a pipeline of future PMs. You will gain hands-on experience across planning, execution, commissioning, and financial delivery for material handling projects.

Under mentorship, you will travel to customer sites, rotate through field assignments, and develop leadership skills toward independent PM responsibilities within 12–24 months based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; related PM/Construction/Operations/SC degrees may be considered with relevant background.
• 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, logistics, or industrial automation environments.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, commissioning and closeout of automation projects.
• Assist with project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, forecasting and risk management.
• Coordinate activities among engineering, software, operations, procurement, installation teams, suppliers and customers.
• Track milestones, action items, risks, issues and change requests.
• Promote safety compliance during all project activities.
