Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation seeks an Associate Project Manager to develop into a Project Manager for complex material handling projects. You will gain hands-on experience across planning, execution, commissioning, and customer acceptance, guided by senior PMs.

Expect structured mentoring, field assignments, training, and increasing responsibility, with travel-intensive rotations across customer sites and project locations to build leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is strongly preferred or related field with relevant background.
• 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, logistics, or industrial automation environments.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, commissioning and closeout of automation projects involving conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, ASRS systems, racking, controls and software integrations.
• Assist with project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, forecasting, risk management, reporting, procurement and contract administration.
• Coordinate activities among engineering, software, operations, procurement, installation teams, suppliers and customers.
• Track and drive project milestones, action items, risks, issues and change requests.
• Support change management, project controls, and financial reporting activities.
• Promote compliance with company, customer and site‑specific safety requirements during all project activities.
