Job summary

Pmaconsultants is seeking a Junior Project Controls professional to assist cost and schedule management across capital and operational projects. You will collect, analyze, and report cost, schedule, and progress data under close supervision.

Responsibilities include cost control, schedule support, data reporting, and coordination with project teams. A bachelor’s degree is required, with 0+ years of related experience preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel is helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, construction management, or finance.
• 0+ years of experience supporting cost, schedule, or project management in construction/engineering/consulting preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Excel, and financial tracking tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Desire to grow within the project controls discipline and develop long‑term capabilities across cost, schedule, and risk functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control systems, procedures, and data collection.
• Support schedule updates and progress analysis with guidance.
• Prepare data for monthly cost and schedule reports.
• Help track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Interface with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather inputs.
• Communicate status updates clearly to supervisors and team members.
