Job summary

StraCon Services Group, LLC in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Junior Program/Project/Management Analyst to support evaluating objectives, tracking schedules, and preparing acquisition documentation for programs and projects.

The candidate should have an AA/AS degree, less than 3 years of related experience, and be able to work on-site. Experience with AMS tools (PMT, CSPT, CDRL) is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• AA/AS Degree in business, management, or technical discipline is required.
• Less than 3 years of professional experience in the field is expected.
• AMS experience with PMT, CSPT, and CDRL tools is preferred.
• Strong communicator who can take initiative and work on-site full-time.

Responsibilities

• Applies analytic techniques in evaluating program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects and interprets data related to acquisition and program documents.
• Tracks program status and schedules using AMS tools (PMT, CSPT, CDRL).
• Develops program acquisition documentation (PIDs, SOW, CDRLs).
• Applies government processes for documentation and data management.
