StraCon Services Group, LLC in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Junior Program/Project/Management Analyst to support evaluating objectives, tracking schedules, and preparing acquisition documentation for programs and projects.

The candidate should have an AA/AS degree, less than 3 years of related experience, and be able to work on-site. Experience with AMS tools (PMT, CSPT, CDRL) is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• AA/AS Degree in business, management, or technical discipline is required.
• Less than 3 years of professional experience in the field is expected.
• AMS experience with PMT, CSPT, and CDRL tools is preferred.
• Strong communicator who can take initiative and work on-site full-time.

Responsibilities

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior in Patuxent River MD . The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements.

Essential Job Duties

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules utilizing NAVAIR AMS tools, including PMT, Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and CDRL Tool.
• Develops program acquisition documentation, such as PIDs, SOW and CDRLs.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Experience Requirements

• Less than 3 years of professional experience in the enter desired field of experience.
• AMS experience required (CDRL Tool, PMT, CSPT).
• Acquisition and Contract Documentation familiarity such as Acquisition Plans, Statements of Work, and Procurement Initiation Documents is highly desired.
• Position requires a strong communicator who takes initiative.
• Ability to execute the above functions on site full time.

Education Requirements

• AA/AS Degree in a business, management, or technical discipline.
• Allowable Substitution:
  • Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $75,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
