Job summary

StraCon Services Group, LLC seeks a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River, MD to support a NAVAIR PMA on a recently awarded Prime contract. You will evaluate program requirements, track status and budgets, and support scheduling and data management.

The role emphasizes front-office processes, analytics, and office-based responsibilities, with a requirement for a Bachelor’s Degree and U.S. citizenship. The base salary range is $70,000–$112,000, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; substitutions allowed: Associate’s Degree plus two years; or four years additional experience.
• 3–10 years of professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Experience with AMS tools (CSPT, PMT, CDRL) is a plus; familiarity with the NAVAIR contract process.
• Defense Travel System (DTS) experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• High-level communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the program and can perform all duties independently or as part of a team.
• Front office deputy operations duties: workflow management, document prep and routing, scheduling, tasker management, travel approvals, communications.
• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives.
• Support Defense Travel System activities.
• Develop front office processes and on-boarding procedures.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and programs.
• Track program/project status and schedules.
• Apply government processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
