Job summary

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a 4-year accredited college/university in a Business, Project Management, or Engineering program.
• Interest in project management, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with project management and product development lifecycles is a plus.
• Ability to apply academic background to real business experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and tracking activities and maintain schedules.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, capturing updates, risks and decisions.
• Observe and assist in risk and issue management processes.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Komatsu’s project management tools and templates.
• Support continuous improvement of PM tools, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
• Develop communication, teamwork, time management and business process awareness.
