Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support daily operations of residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities in Massachusetts. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, community involvement, and personal growth, while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

The role offers hands-on leadership, supervision of staff, and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1.
• 3 years of related experience in residential/human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations.
• Supervise and train residential staff, modeling best practices in care and support.
• Provide on-call coverage including weekends and RD vacation coverage.
• Support residents to develop life skills, independence, and community engagement.
