Munich Re US is seeking an Associate, Product Manager to drive the next evolution of our risk assessment platform. You will lead product strategy, work with cross-functional teams, and translate client needs into actionable product roadmaps.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Underwriting, QA, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver high-value features and demonstrate the product’s value to prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong technical expertise; engineering experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and product management practices.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in risk assessment workflows and market dynamics.
• Understand customer challenges through research and client interactions; translate into actionable solutions.
• Articulate and evangelize product and component vision across teams.
• Translate strategy into a component roadmap and backlog for delivery.
• Participate in product discovery and prioritize ideas using the risk framework.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful feature implementation and manage dependencies.
• Demonstrate product value through compelling demos to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist Client Implementation in addressing product questions and troubleshooting.
