Hammer Media in Austin is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own calebhammer.com portfolio, including courses and tools. You’ll shape the roadmap, write specs, and work across engineering, design, and marketing in a fast-growing fintech-education context.

You’ll wear multiple hats, handle go-to-market support, partnerships, and data-driven growth. This is an early-career role with room to grow into real ownership of the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Self-starter who spots what needs doing and acts without being asked twice.
• Clear writer who can turn messy ideas into actionable documents.
• Comfortable with data: pull numbers, build a funnel, defend decisions with evidence.
• Comfortable being externally facing: speak with partners and represent us well.
• Organized with real project management chops (Linear, ClickUp, Asana).
• Direct communicator who handles blunt feedback professionally.
• Excited to wear multiple hats and grow into ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own calebhammer.com as a product portfolio including courses and tools.
• Own the roadmap for calebhammer.com and prioritize across a mixed portfolio.
• Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and coordinate with Eng and Design.
• QA every release before it ships.
• Grow community and participation with metrics like signups and engagement.
• Design and launch features and programs to boost audience participation.
• Support go-to-market for launches and turn YouTube viewers into site visitors.
• Identify and grow partnerships and affiliate programs.
