Job summary

Navsan is seeking a Junior Project Manager & PMO Coordinator in San Antonio, TX. The role supports project delivery and PMO governance across initiatives, coordinating schedules, meetings and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in project coordination, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with PMO practices. CAPM/PRINCE2 training is a plus but not required. This position reports to the PMO group and offers growth within a dynamic business/tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities or workstreams simultaneously.
• Exposure to structured project management practices and methodologies.
• Experience in business or technology change environments is advantageous.
• CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent training is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage small or lower-complexity projects from initiation through completion with oversight.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule and objectives.
• Identify and track risks, issues, dependencies and decisions; elevate as needed.
• Prepare regular status updates and support project closure and lessons learned.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support to PMs on larger initiatives.
• Schedule meetings, capture minutes, decisions and actions; maintain artifacts and logs.
• Support budgets, forecasts, resources and vendor activities; maintain portfolio information.
