The role focuses on growing market share, driving new business, and delivering high-value financial solutions to mid-market companies with revenues in the $10M–$100M range. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in relationship management, a strong network, and demonstrated leadership in complex deal structuring, cross-selling, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relationship management in corporate banking.
• Experience calling on mid-market clients with $10M–$100M in revenue.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and credit structuring abilities.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory and risk practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of relationship managers to grow market share within the Emerging Middle Market Group.
• Drive new client acquisition and expand cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Manage high-value client portfolios and coordinate with internal partners for tailored financial solutions.
• Mentor and coach team members to achieve performance and client satisfaction targets.
