Active New Jersey Bar license required.
0–3 years of experience as an associate attorney.
Interest in litigation and medical malpractice defense.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist with defense of complex medical malpractice and healthcare liability matters.
Conduct legal research and help develop case strategy.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other documents.
Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and litigation activities.
Review medical records and case-related materials.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and others.
Manage assigned tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Collaborate with experienced attorneys and progressively take on greater responsibility.
Develop practical litigation skills across the full lifecycle of cases.
