Job summary

Ptarmigan Media, a proud part of Omnicom Media Group, seeks dynamic individuals to join our New York office and contribute to global media campaigns for top financial services clients.

You will collaborate with teams to plan, build, execute, and report on campaigns, while learning media tools and attending development trainings to advance your career in media planning and buying.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising or Marketing preferred.
  • 3 months+ business experience or industry internships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Analytical thinking with a competency in mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your team in delivering day-to-day tasks behind running a client campaign full cycle from planning, building, executing, to reporting on KPIs.
  • Learn and activate on the media tools and software necessary to manage digital buys.
  • Participate in client and publisher meetings with opportunities to develop presentation skills.
  • Familiarize and perfect the terms, language, nuances of each brand to showcase knowledge aligned to client needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends through trade news, events and trainings.
  • Attend learning and development training classes to grow professional skillset.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Communications, Advertising or Marketing major preferred

3 months+ business experience or industry internships

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)

Analytical thinking with a competency in mathematical concepts

Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally

Proven organization skills & attention to detail

Solid team player with collaborative mindset and desire to continuously learn and contribute

Highly organized; ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously $50,000-$55,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
