Qualifications

ABET-accredited engineering degree with two years of applicable experience.
FE exam passed and EIT certification.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of engineering theories, methodologies, and codes.
Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Learns company technical standards and procedures during project execution.
Observes industry standards and practices of design analyses using industry software.
Assists in design processes and analysis under supervision; seeks guidance as needed.
Assists in production of designs using Revit and/or CAD; oversees design development.
Performs computer-based engineering calculations and system design functions.
Coordinates project designs with other disciplines to determine equipment needs and procedures.
Attends meetings with owners, clients, or architects as needed.
Develops man-hour budgets and supports project tasks within budget.
