The Emerging Markets Inst. Sales Associate - responsible for the distribution of emerging market fixed income products to Santander’s institutional clients.

• Support senior sales professionals in managing and growing relationships with institutional investors.
• Distribute EM products across the fixed income spectrum for both primary and secondary trading.
• Liaise with trading, syndicate, and research teams to stay ahead of market developments and provide market color.
• Monitor client flows and assist in post-trade support to ensure a seamless execution experience.

Bachelor's Degree - Required.

1–3 years of experience in fixed income, ideally with emerging markets exposure.

• Strong understanding of EM credit, rates, FX and macroeconomic fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills .
• Series 7 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain promptly).
• Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
