Kohl's in Milwaukee is seeking a talented graphic designer to execute overarching design concepts in collaboration with copy and Marketing. You will address creative challenges and deliver visuals that support business goals within our established creative vision.

The role requires strong typography, color theory, and layout skills, plus MAC proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Figma. Excellent presentation and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Graphic design degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of layouts, typography, composition, color and other design fundamentals.
• Proficiency on MAC with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Figma.
• Ability to present creative ideas professionally to stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute overarching design look and feel in collaboration with copy.
• Solve creative challenges and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Implement projects within established creative vision.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop creative solutions.
• Capture customer needs across channels and design aspects.
• Review project stages with Art Director/Manager.
