Job summary

Think Zone in Redwood City, CA is seeking an Assistant Learning Center Manager for part-time, in-person work. You will support daily operations, coordinate schedules, and assist with student and family experiences, working closely with the Learning Center Manager.

This role offers hands-on leadership exposure, with opportunities to engage with tutors, families, and HQ teams. Ideal for recent graduates seeking growth in education, operations, and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive.
• Able to work approximately 25 hours per week, Tuesday–Saturday.
• Able to work in person at Redwood City Learning Center.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in education, tutoring, customer service, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Redwood City Learning Center.
• Coordinate class schedules, tutors, students, and center activities.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming center environment.
• Assist Learning Center Manager with administrative tasks and issues.
