Think Zone Learning Center in Redwood City is seeking an Assistant Learning Center Manager to support daily operations, student interactions, and family engagement. This part-time, in-person role offers hands‑on leadership exposure and growth in education, operations, and people management.

You’ll work with the Learning Center Manager to coordinate schedules, onboarding tutors, and community events, while building relationships with families and campus partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No previous management experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive.
• Able to work approximately 25 hours per week, Tuesday–Saturday.
• Able to work in person at our Redwood City Learning Center.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with center operations and day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate class schedules, tutors, students, and center events.
• Support Learning Center Manager with administrative tasks.
• Build relationships with students and families to enhance the learning experience.
• Develop leadership and operations skills while handling various responsibilities.
