Sonoco’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) in the Jackson, Tennessee facility offers full-time positions with leadership development, coaching, and engagement with business leaders. You will gain hands-on experience through project work across core development areas.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor or Master’s in Business or Engineering by 2026/2027, internship experience in manufacturing, proven leadership, and strong technical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Previous internship experience (manufacturing or related area).
• Proven leadership experience.
• Desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical aptitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• ELP provides hands-on experience with leadership development, coaching, and exposure to business leaders.
• Participants engage in project work to contribute to Sonoco’s Consumer America Division.
