Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering by Dec 2026 or May 2027, have internship exposure, and demonstrate leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering to be completed by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Previous internship experience in Manufacturing or a functional area.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Desire to work in a Manufacturing environment.
• Technical aptitude.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on projects and leadership development activities.
• Engage in technical and business training as part of a rotational program.
• Relocate if required and adapt to rotating or late shifts.
