Sonoco Products Company is seeking candidates for its Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) based in Alpha/Beavercreek, Ohio. The program develops leaders through hands-on projects, technical and business training, and exposure to Sonoco leadership.

Qualified candidates should have or be completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering by December 2026 or May 2027, with internship experience and proven leadership.

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master’s in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Previous internship experience in manufacturing or a related area.
• Proven leadership experience.
