Qualifications

• 1–2 years in janitorial or facility services.
• Leadership passion and career growth in operations/management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in daily custodial operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Lead small teams and direct day-to-day activities on-site.
• Train in performance management: coaching, recognition, and discipline.
• Participate in quality inspections to ensure cleanliness and client satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures; participate in daily safety stretches.
• Assist in inventory tracking and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Serve as point of contact for crew members with updates and feedback.
• Promote Verde's culture and Verde Vibes on every shift.
