Qualifications

• A.A. Degree in Business Management or related field plus 2+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SBM's Manager-in-Training program with on-the-job training and structured professional development.
• Relocation to SBM sites following program completion, with comprehensive relocation assistance.
• Shift: Days-Variable with weekends/holidays on call; work with site leadership and client operations.
