Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining wash quality and handling issues professionally.
• Support Operations Management to achieve location goals and adhere to standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training, document performance feedback.
• Assist General Manager with maintenance, repairs, and store upkeep using SOPs.
• Participate in a structured management training program and continue learning.
• Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
