My Gym Frisco is seeking an Assistant Director to grow into leadership while learning the My Gym model from the ground up. You will train, lead shifts, and help manage enrollment, retention, and family relationships in a fast-paced children’s fitness environment.

The role emphasizes high energy, child interaction, and opportunities for advancement with bonuses and stipends. Starting pay ranges from $14–$17 per hour depending on experience.

Competenze

• Experience working with children is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, management, teaching, coaching, recreation, hospitality, sales, or customer-service experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Teach high-energy fitness, gymnastics, and play-based classes for children ages 6 weeks–10 years.
• Host birthday parties, Camps, Parents' Night Out, and special events.
• Build relationships with families and create an experience they want to come back to every week.
• Turn interested families into happy My Gym members.
• Lead shifts and help keep the gym running smoothly.
• Train, encourage, and eventually help coach other team members.
• Help manage family communication and customer service.
• Support enrollment, retention, and overall gym growth.
• Keep our facility safe, clean, organized, and ready for fun.
