Job summary

My Gym - Highlands Ranch is looking to hire a part-time Director to join our management team. This role requires a love for children, a fun personality, and strong leadership abilities. Key responsibilities include leading and training staff, conducting classes and events, as well as handling sales and marketing tasks. Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication skills, reliability, and must be available weekends. A clean background check and a preference for experience with children are also important. Job Description

My Gym is looking to hire a part-time, career-oriented Director to join our management team. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. It’s also important that you have a strong business sense. If you are disorganized or not a “people person” with great leadership and customer service skills, this job is not for you. As a director, you will be expected to lead and train the staff in all areas of operations. You will be leading classes, parties, camps, and events. Additional duties include admin, sales, and marketing.
