My Gym Frisco is seeking an Assistant Director to grow into leadership while learning the My Gym model from the ground up. You will train, lead shifts, and help manage enrollment, retention, and family relationships in a fast-paced children’s fitness environment.

The role emphasizes high energy, child interaction, and opportunities for advancement with bonuses and stipends. Starting pay ranges from $14–$17 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, management, teaching, coaching, recreation, hospitality, sales, or customer-service experience is a plus.

You'll start by learning My Gym from the ground up and gradually take on more leadership and operational responsibility as you train.

The Physical Stuff

My Gym is an active environment. You'll spend plenty of time on your feet and should be comfortable bending, reaching, spotting children, moving equipment, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.

My Gym Children's Fitness Center has hundreds of locations worldwide and provides fitness, gymnastics, play, Camps, birthday parties, and special events for children from infancy through age 10.
