Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking an Assistant Manager in Georgia to support Branch Managers by leading staff development and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will guide underwriting decisions, loans, and collections while driving toward sales and service goals.

Role includes coaching branch staff, ensuring compliance, and contributing to leadership development within the branch network. On-site schedule with regular business hours and some extended hours may apply.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in achieving business goals.
• Experience in financial services or leadership roles.
• Current insurance licensure or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results related to individual and branch sales and collections goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through the loan process.
• Present financial solutions that meet customer goals.
• Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure clear understanding.
• Learn credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
• Manage the loan life cycle including closing and collections while complying with laws.
