Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license – class C or D.
• 1–3 years of related experience in residential services.
• Ability to obtain required certifications and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals, modeling best practices for staff.
• Promote independence, dignity, and respect in daily living.
• Assist individuals in developing life skills, social connections, and community involvement.
• Support ISPs, behavior plans, and health care plans.
• Assist with appointments and medication administration as required.
