Covia is seeking motivated and high-potential recent college graduates to join its New Graduate Trainee Program, an immersive 18-month development experience designed to build future leaders across our U.S. plant network.

The program offers real-world exposure to plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, safety, and supply chain. Trainees complete structured assignments, collaborate with experienced leaders, and transition into a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Graduation within the last 0–2 years.
• Internship, co‑op, or leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours/shifts.
• High level of initiative, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through 5 core functional areas: HSE, Mining/Quality, Operations & Supply Chain, Maintenance, Parts, Inventory.
• Participate in hands‑on training and shadowing across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Contribute to daily production, maintenance, lab, and shipping activities.
• Support plant safety inspections, quality testing, equipment troubleshooting, and process improvement projects.
• Deliver a plant‑wide capstone project with measurable business impact.
