Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day operations under supervision of managers or mentors.
• Gain understanding of departmental operations, processes, procedures and performance standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with departments to implement solutions.
• Partner with leadership to direct day-to-day activities of frontline associates.
• Follow LEAP philosophy and align goals with company vision.
• Travel within facilities as needed and support safety initiatives.
