• Learn day-to-day operations under managers and mentors across departments.
• Understand internal and external customer requirements and how to improve products and services.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose root-cause solutions.
• Partner with leadership to guide day-to-day activities of frontline teams.
• Make principled decisions by applying LEAP philosophy.
• Align personal goals with company vision and objectives.
• Support safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident culture.
