Qualifications

• College degree required (associate, bachelors, graduate) OR completed college degree by MIT start date.
• 0-5 years of experience.
• Relocation within company geographic footprint may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day operations by working under the supervision of functional managers or mentors across departments to understand operations, processes and performance standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, analyze root causes, and collaborate with departments to implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership to guide day-to-day activities of frontline associates.
• Make principled decisions aligned with the LEAP philosophy in daily interactions.
• Follow all safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident culture and support a safe working environment.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
