Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day operations under managers or mentors and apply learned skills in departments.
• Understand internal and external customers' requirements to improve products and services.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive solutions with multiple departments.
• Partner with senior leadership to lead day-to-day activities of frontline staff.
• Uphold LEAP philosophy and align personal goals with company objectives.
• Follow safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident culture.
