Job summary

Systematix is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager in Irvine, CA to support planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives for a medical technology partner. This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills and experience with Jira and Confluence to keep projects on track.

You will work with senior PMs, technical teams, and business stakeholders through the SDLC, preparing plans, requirements, schedules, and status updates in a fast paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting technology implementations through multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
• Strong experience with Jira and familiarity with Confluence or comparable tools.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, requirements, task tracking, status reporting, and project documentation.
• Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects using established PM processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, requirements, schedules, tasks, and supporting documentation.
• Gather, document, and maintain clear business and technical requirements.
• Lead project meetings with stakeholders and task owners to coordinate activities and follow-up.
• Ensure active and backlog tasks are regularly reviewed, prioritized, and maintained by the team.
