Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation, outreach, and follow-up.
• Help convert leads into appointments through consistent communication.
• Greet and engage prospects in model homes and communities.
• Support the sales team in delivering a high-level customer experience.
• Assist with presentations of homes, communities, and features.
• Help maintain clear and consistent communication with buyers.
• Learn the full sales process from first contact to closing.
• Assist with coordination, communication, and internal follow-up.
• Gain exposure to financing basics, contracts, and homeownership concepts.
• Assist with buyer selections, options, and upgrades.
• Maintain Design Center organization, cleanliness, and product accuracy.
• Ensure model homes and sales environments reflect a high standard.
• Support outreach events, realtor engagement, and community activities.
• Help drive traffic and create a strong presence in our communities.
