Overview

• The role involves leading transactions and direct interaction with founders, CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors at both company-side and VC/investor-side clients.
• Work focuses on high-growth businesses at all stages, from pre-seed to pre-IPO, including SAFEs, preferred stock financings, corporate governance matters, and general corporate work.
• Associates counsel management on matters such as company formation and exits, often handling diverse matters daily.
• The practice group advises both emerging growth companies and venture capital firms and institutional investors, allowing associates to gain experience on both sides of negotiations.
• Practice group clients represent diverse industries, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital health and wellness, defense tech, life sciences, electronic gaming, and fintech.
