• Associates provide day-to-day strategic and legal advice, often serving in an outside general counsel role, guiding clients through their full life cycle from incorporation and early-stage financings to growth, strategic transactions, and exit.
• The work includes advising emerging growth companies on corporate and governance matters, representing companies and investors in venture financings and other equity transactions, and advising on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
• The role involves working closely with founders, executives, and boards to help clients navigate legal and business issues as they develop.
• Candidates should possess a genuine interest in technology and life sciences; a technical or science degree is not required.
• Meaningful experience in venture capital, private equity, capital markets, or mergers & acquisitions is valued.
