Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum education: JD with admission to practice in the state where office is located.
• 2 years of Emerging Growth/Venture Capital experience; AmLaw 100 firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft briefs, motions, contracts and correspondence with precision.
• Manage complex transactions from inception to closing including negotiations and settlements.
• Build and maintain client relationships with timely updates and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business professionals to develop strategies.
• Attend high-level legal activities including hearings and depositions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
