BCG Attorney Search in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Corporate Associate with 4–7 years of experience to join the Emerging Growth practice. The role focuses on representing venture capital funds and emerging companies in debt and equity financings, with exposure to a dynamic market.

You will participate in mergers and acquisitions, provide general corporate counseling, and act as outside general counsel, engaging in client-facing and client-management opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in a top-tier law firm.
• Experience with emerging growth companies, venture capital, or private equity funds.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Represent venture capital funds and emerging companies in debt and equity financings.
