Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 law firms preferred.
• Familiarity with NVCA, SeriesSeed, and YCombinator forms.
• Experience in preferred stock, bridge, and SAFE financings.
• Ability to manage due diligence on M&A transactions.

Responsibilities
