Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join the Emerging Growth practice in Aspen, Colorado. This role provides a unique opportunity to represent venture capital funds and emerging companies in various transactions and corporate counseling.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. The position offers an attractive benefits package including unlimited PTO and a robust wellness program.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience with emerging growth companies, venture capital, or private equity funds.
• Interest in practicing in the Mountain West region.

Responsibilities

• Represent venture capital funds and emerging companies in debt and equity financings.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Provide general corporate counseling and act as outside general counsel.
• Engage in client-facing and client-management opportunities.

Education
